The Pet Industry Awards celebrate the businesses, brands, professionals, and services making a positive impact across the pet industry in the UAE and now the UK.

Built around public recognition and customer support, the awards provide an opportunity to increase visibility, build credibility, and showcase your business to pet owners and the wider industry community.

The entry process has been designed to be simple, accessible, and straightforward — making it easy for businesses of all sizes to take part.

Unlike traditional panel-based awards, winners are determined through public voting, allowing genuine customer support and community engagement to play a central role in the results.

Whether you are an independent business, growing brand, established retailer, veterinary practice, or specialist service provider, the Pet Industry Awards are designed to recognise the people and companies shaping the pet industry today.

What's New

Due to popular demand, 2026 marks the launch of the UK edition of the Pet Industry Awards alongside our established UAE awards programme.

Following the continued growth and engagement of the awards in the UAE, we are excited to expand the platform to recognise outstanding pet businesses, professionals, brands, and services across the United Kingdom.

The Pet Industry Awards continue to celebrate the people and companies making a positive impact within the pet industry through customer recognition and public support.

Eligibility

Please ensure you have read and understood the following eligibility criteria and entry conditions before submitting your application:

  • Businesses must be actively operating at the time of entry.

  • Businesses entering must have been trading prior to the entry closing date.

  • Products/services entered should currently be available within the market entered.

  • There is no limit to the number of categories an organisation or individual may enter, provided the categories selected are relevant to their business or services.

  • The Pet Industry Awards reserve the right to reject, remove, or refuse any entry deemed inappropriate, misleading, offensive, or unrelated to the awards. This includes entries or promotional content referencing political conflicts, wars, border disputes, rebellions, rioting, or similar sensitive political matters.

Evaluation Process

The Pet Industry Awards are decided through public voting.

Once entries close, eligible nominees are published on the official voting platform, where members of the public can vote for their favourite businesses, brands, services, and professionals within each category.

Winners are determined based on the highest number of verified public votes received during the voting period.

What Winners Receive

UAE Awards
Winners of the UAE Pet Industry Awards receive:

  • An official Pet Industry Awards trophy

  • A winner window sticker

  • Recognition at the annual gala awards ceremony

  • Digital seal for your website, email signature, ads, etc., upon request.

  • Runners-up receive:

  • An official runners-up certificate

  • A runners-up window sticker

UK winners will be contacted following the results announcement to confirm whether they would like to receive:

  • A trophy

  • Certificate

  • Window sticker

  • Digital seal for your website, email signature, ads, etc.

Please note that physical award items for the UK edition are chargeable and shipping costs may apply depending on location.
